Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you create an account and use the platform. By completing registration you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

The terms presented during registration and set out in your account agreement are the ones that bind your account. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

Registering an account

Registration is open to adults. You agree to give accurate and complete information, and to keep it current while your account is open.

The information you provide during registration and verification is used to open the account, keep it secure and operate it.

Keeping your account secure

Your sign-in credentials belong to you, and protecting them is part of using the account. Do not share your password or sign-in codes with anyone.

Access is checked on the platform's servers, so a request only succeeds when your session is authorised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your own credentials.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for lawful activity connected with your own account.

Do not attempt to reach accounts or systems you are not authorised to use, do not interfere with the platform, and do not take part in market abuse, manipulation or misleading trading activity.

Trading and execution

Orders are placed through the platform's terminal and are handled under the rules published for each instrument and order type. The trading rules page summarises those rules in plain language.

Markets can move quickly. An order may be filled at a different level from the one you asked for, and in fast or gapping markets an order may not be filled at the level shown when you sent it.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals run through the wallet in your account. Verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

Requests and their outcomes are recorded in the wallet so you can review what happened on your account.

Suspending or closing access

Access can be suspended or restricted where these terms are not met, where the security of an account or of the platform requires it, or where information needed for the account has not been provided.

You can ask to close your account through the contact page at any time.

The platform lets you place and manage activity on your own account. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to trade, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Trading involves risk, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not responsible for losses caused by market conditions, by decisions you take, or by interruptions that are outside reasonable control.

When these terms change, the updated version is published in-platform and presented with your account, so you can read it before continuing to use the platform.
